After spending a lot of time working and teaching and learning and exploring with Leslie Bobb from Real Simple Health, we decided that we needed to bring our shared passion for all things fermented and gut health and traditional foods under one roof.

Now we teach together, speak at events, have a YouTube channel, really fun Facebook page, are finishing up a kids book, and are working on some Udemy courses and maybe even a TV show...
