Service Description

Jump right in! Save money and hit the ground running by bundling your first 4 appointments. Can be done for 1 on 1, couple or family. Appointment 1 is for getting to know each other, going over your health history and talking about your goals. 2 and 3 can be done separately or back to back. First is a "pantry cleanout" where we look at what you have hanging around and talk through it. Then we go shopping and look at good, better, best options to restock. 4th appointment is based on your goals- cooking, meal planning, fermenting, coaching, etc.
